We do not allow any pets.

Visitors are welcome until 10:00 pm. Please keep your visitors informed of the property rules as you will be responsible for them. There is a $25 charge for any visitors still here past 10:00 pm.

No smoking in any of the cabins. There are ashtrays on the front porch, but please be respectful and keep a good distance from other guests. There is a $250 deep cleaning fee if you are found smoking in the cabin.

Any missing or broken items provided in the cabins will be charged to your credit card. Any cabin that takes longer than 1 hour to clean (they usually take 30 minutes) will be charged a deep cleaning fee of $250.

You may change or cancel up until 30 days prior to your reservation with no fees or penalties. 15-30 days prior to your reservation date you will be responsible for 50% of your total stay, no exceptions. 0-14 days prior to your reservation date you will be responsible for 100% of your total stay, no exceptions.
